Stuck on a plateau with your swimming? Too many things to think about when you swim? We will show you very clearly what you are doing and exactly how to improve your stroke.

SWIM VIDEO ANALYSIS WITH 4-WEEK PLAN

VIDEO ANALYSIS

We film you using a high quality camera from above and below the water from the side, in front, overhead and any other angle required. The camera angles are not fixed so if we need a close-up of a particular area of your stroke we will easily shoot it.

We will run through the video footage and analysis with you in the pool and identify aspects of your stroke to correct, we look to work on 2/3 key aspects of your swim stoke. This session is completely tailored to your individual needs as a swimmer and Lasts 1 hour in the pool, with a follow up chat afterwards.

TRAINING PLAN

The Video analysis with stroke correction will not only give you a clear understanding of what’s currently holding you back but also give you the tools and knowledge on how to fix the technique flaws.

We also provide you with a 4-week plan to help embed those new drills and stroke corrections along with helping your general swim fitness/goals.

Bring your normal swimwear, goggles and a water bottle.

Other items such as hand paddles, Pull Buoy, Fins and Kickboard are all optional items.

We are based in Perth, Scotland, we use Perth Leisure Pool for our video analysis sessions.
